Mathieu Asselin will work with each participant on the narrative of their project, exploring the array of possibilities it has and to build a frame work around it.
To implement the devices and reflections addressed during the week the participants will make a photographic work in Miami or work on a project already started. The method will be adapted to each one according to their sensitivity, their desires, obviously depending on the theme, the context, what is at stake.
Telling stories in documentary photography, with a renewed vision, a more interesting and creative photographic narrative, going beyond the photographic gesture. This is the purpose of these days: to experiment and share, to integrate a process of photographic creation, in particular by formulating the first intentions, identifying, gathering, taking into account the environment, temporality, technical parameters, shots, support, selection, dissemination ...
